‘NO’ - You are Choosing an Anonymous Mode- You will receive an incident Tracking code to help you follow-up the case. The Safeguarding Team may engage you through the tracking code and request for more details in order to interrogate the matter further.

You can report an incident offline by downloading a reporting form, filling it and delivering it to the Inclusion and Safeguarding Liaison Office, located at the Disability Support Centre, Frank Kalimuzo Building (CTF1), Ground Floor..
