Incident Submission
Fill out our secure and confidential reporting form, providing details such as the date, time, location, and a comprehensive description of the Safeguarding issue incident.

Incident Registration
Your report will be assigned a unique reference number for tracking purposes. This number ensures the confidentiality of your report and allows you to follow its progress.

Investigation & Resolution
the safequard team will carefully review your incident and conduct a thorough investigation, and based on the findings of the investigation, appropriate actions will be taken to address the Safeguarding issue.
